请教各位，后处理中，如何在一个平面上创建一个半圆形路径？

后处理Tool-path中有一个Circular选项，

后面的操作可以选择圆弧三点，但是选三个点的时候，一直提示如下错误。

the three points used for computing the circular path should not be collinear
