gambit安装后的运行问题

各位大虾好！我刚安装上gambit 2.3.16，也把license.dat复制到了对应文件夹下，但是运行时却显示如下内容，无法正常启动。请各位大虾解释一下怎么回事，应该怎么解决呢？先谢谢啦！
