LS-DYNA求解器，出现时间步问题？

各位大佬，LS-DYNA求解器的CESE模块，出现这个问题The LS-DYNA time step size should not exceed 1.026E-06 to avoid contact instabilities. If the step size is bigger then scale the penalty of the offending surface.也没报错就卡住不动了。
我的时间步设置为5e-7。造成这个问题的原因都有哪些？
