The license server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet, the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the port or hostname in the license file has been changed. System Error: 10061 "WinSock: Connection refused" For further information, refer to the FLEXnet Licensing documentation, available at "www.acresso.com". 重新安装软件刚开始还可以，但是再次卡的未响应就会出现同样问题，求大神指导解决下
