ANSYS接触滑移问题报错?
模型为四层结构,各层之间粘接连接起来,在顶层SiN薄膜中施加沿半径方向的力,观察各层薄膜滑移与相对弯曲情况。
建立模型为四分之一圆模型,通过接触单元contact174连接,运用TB,,,BILI命令定义接触区域材料属性。由于上面三层薄膜厚度远小于衬底厚度,为了简化模型 定义顶层三层薄膜全部为一体 只有衬底和二氧化硅层之间会滑移。四分之一模型关于截面对称。计算使整个四分之一模型的中轴线保持不动。接触单元的选项和实常数设置为:
