两个面的接触问题，一加载就不收敛，ABAQUS警告？

出现好几个如下的两个警告，计算的时候一加载就不收敛，在job diagnostics提示severe overclosures，实在不知道怎么办了，最后连接触也不加，直接检查数据也是这个问题
