各位大神，Abaqus中对部件划分网格之后，运行程序时出现如下错误
The geometry of 23 elements is too distorted. Check the nodal coordinates or node numbering on elements identified in element set ErrElemDistorted.
不知道具体该如何解决？
对部件厚度修改之后不会出现这个问题，已经使用四面体划分，网格细化，也已经使用了virtual topology。
急求解决方法，多谢
