abaqus中JOB显示成功为社么云图不显示？

有时候JOB提示成功，然后就是打不开云图而且会提示那个错误的信息（There is no valid step data available on the database. If analysis is running ,the database must be closed and reopened once the results have been initalized.The requested operation has been cancelled，但是我把软件关掉后，重启就能打开云图了
