首先要明白,执行分析时,Abaqus / Explicit不会完全按照用户的定义使用材料数据;为了提高效率,所有以表格形式定义的材料数据都会自动正规化。
材料数据可以是温度、外部字段、塑性应变等内部状态变量。对于每个材料点计算,材料的状态必须通过插值确定,并且为了提高效率,Abaqus / Explicit将用户定义的曲线与等间距点组成的曲线拟合。
为了克服这个问题,您可以:
-改变公差(可以使用特定的材料类型来实现)
-完全关闭正规化(可以使用特定的材料类型来完成)
-添加/删除一些材料定义数据行(始终有效)
调整公差操作:
Edit Material对话框,选择General→ Regularization,即可重新定义公差。
