【iSolver案例分享23】镂空钢板的承压测验
一、模型背景
镂空钢板的模型尺寸如图一,长和宽均为10m,壁厚为0.1m,采用iSolver和Abaqus隐式求解器分别模拟镂空钢板的承压测验,对其位移、应变和应力分布进行对比。

二、建模
模型采用的单位制为米、吨、秒、千牛和兆帕。刚材的密度取为7.85t/m3,弹性模量为215GPa,泊松比为0.28。
模型在四个角点上固定,且在镂空板的顶面施加3兆帕的均布荷载,如图二所示。

三、模拟结果对比
(1)位移
由模拟得钢板中心处位移最大,在四个角点处位移为零,位移呈轴对称分布

(2)应变
由模拟得钢板在四个角点附近应变最大,其余区域应变很小

(3)应力
由模拟得钢板四个角点附近应力较大,应力呈轴对称分布,镂空孔附近应力集中不明显
