【iSolver案例分享30】压力容器受力分析
案例背景
本案例为某类压力容器的静力学分析,分析对象为轴对称三维实体结构,结构形式较为规则且模型规模较小,采用全尺寸建模方式。该压力容器建模选用的单位制为mm-MPa-s制,结构材料为钢,其弹性模量为200000MPa,泊松比为0.3。

2. 有限元处理
约束条件为模型底面约束六个自由度,载荷条件为模型内部所有壁面均施加20MPa的压强载荷。

由于结构形式较为规整,为保证模型的求解精度和求解效率,整体采用六面体网格划分,单元类型选用实体单元C3D8R,模型共划分为9217个单元。
有限元模型建立完成检查无误之后,分别利用ABAQUS和iSolver求解器进行求解,结果对比见第三部分。

4. 结果对比总表
由以上结果云图分析可知,iSolver和ABAQUS两个求解器对同一模型分析的结果同一性较好,应力应变的最值发生位置一致,具体数值分析见下表。
