【iSolver案例分享54】轨道客车车体模态分析
1.引言
iSolver为一个完全自主的面向工程应用的通用结构有限元软件,对标Nastran、Ansys、Abaqus设计和实现,具备结构有限元常用分析类型和单元、材料、载荷等基础算法组件,精度和Abaqus一致。本文以轨道客车车体模态分析为例,演示iSolver的分析流程,并将iSolver和Abaqus计算结果进行对比。
2.案例背景
振动模态是弹性结构固有的整体特性。通过对轨道客车车体进行模态分析,可以得到车体固有频率和相应的振型,避免车体的共振(尤其是车体与转向架之间)引发灾难性的后果。
3.有限元模型介绍
整车模型主要采用壳单元模拟,主要设备(如空调、变流器等)采用质量点模拟,设备与车体的连接通过MPC约束模拟。模型共包括壳单元1222916个,质量单元6个。

采用Lanczos算法计算频率值从1-100Hz的前10阶模态,分析步设置如下:
4.结果对比
基于Abaqus软件采用相同算法计算1-100Hz频率中前10阶模态,并将其与isolver计算结果进行对比:
